I coach women approaching menopause and empty-nesting who suddenly realize they’ve built a life for everyone but themselves. These women often wonder why they have so much, but yet feel so unfulfilled, anxious, or lost. My coaching helps them understand the patterns that keep them stuck, uncover their identity, needs, and desires so they can make meaningful decisions and create a life that finally feels like their own.
Madeleine began her career in neuroscience and bioinformatics, drawn to understanding the complexity of the human mind. She later chose to step away from her scientific path to raise her two children and support her husband’s family business — a chapter that shaped her resilience and deepened her understanding of women’s invisible labor.
When her marriage ended, she found herself navigating a profound personal reinvention — rebuilding her identity, her confidence, and her future from the inside out. That experience became the foundation of her life’s work.
Today, Madeleine is a transformational life coach for women in midlife. She helps women who have spent years caring for others reconnect with their voice, their desires, and their sense of possibility. Her work blends scientific insight with emotional depth, guiding clients through the psychological and identity shifts that come with caregiving, empty nesting, and starting again on their own terms.
